We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Track My Order
Every order dispatched will have a unique tracking number to enable you to trace your delivery from us to your door.
You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is shipped out. The e-mail will include a tracking number and a direct link through which you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Should this e-mail not reach you immediately, please contact us and we can track it for you.
Customs & Duty
All shipments outside of Hungary may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs entry fees per current legislation. These charges are levied only on their arrival in the destination country, and will be for the recipient’s account only, and Zira Jewels will not accept returns based on additional duty, taxes or customs charges. Zira Jewels will not accept responsibility for any such charges or abandoned parcels classified as ‘abandoned’ because the recipient refused to settle such charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order with Zira Jewels.
Delivery may be delayed by local customs, and this lies outside of Zira Jewels’ control.
